Spanish whoredom

Torbe posted about his most recent visit to a whorehouse yesterday, which included an encounter with la paloma en el baño.

I found it to be a very stark description. Legalized prostitution is an interesting topic to me. Until I started reading Torbe's blog, I had no idea that whorehouses were so common in Spain. And until I did a little websurfing on this cold and snowy morning (we are all in a blizzard here in the States at the moment), I did not realize that Spain is, at least in some circles, considered "the brothel of Europe."
